Cindy Knight submits this week’s pet, which she took home to foster from the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). If interested in bringing home Baby, contact me at email@example.com and I’ll pass along your information to Cindy.
According to Cindy, Baby’s story is this:
She’s a sweet 2-3 year old I am fostering through PAWS. I don’t know much about her history. The organization asked that I take her for a bit to give her a break from the shelter. She was scared and sad and withdrawn there. I’ve had her for about 2.5 months and she’s finally starting to come around!
While she still is scared to be picked up, she loves to be pet and have her head scratched! She very playful and loves chasing the bird-on-a-string toy. She and our resident cat get along great and spend their days looking out the window at the birds and squirrels.
She hasn’t been around small children since I’ve had her but her quiet disposition tells me she’d be fine with them. She’s been neutered and is up to date on her vaccinations.
I’d love to find a home for this sweet tiny girl. It will allow me to take on another foster as the shelters are so full right now. Anyone interested will need to fill out an application from phillypaws.org. Once that’s approved I can set up a meeting with her.
