The Hatboro Police Department is seeking a male who was seen numerous times throughout the borough riding the pictured four-wheeler in violation of numerous motor vehicle code sections.

He also ignored several attempts by officers to stop and identify him. Police deemed his actions dangerous and “a hazard to the motoring public and pedestrians alike”.
