The forthcoming Bank of America at the Cedarbrook Shopping Plaza (1000 S Easton Road, Cheltenham Township) appears to be taking shape.

Lauren Walter, the township’s public information officer, told Glenside Local that the permits below have been issued, though inspections are not yet complete.

A planned opening date is TBA, she said.

The township first received plans for the new bank in October 2024. The land development application called for a drive-thru lane on the 4,275 sf vacant lot to replace a Bank of America drive-up ATM, which has since been demolished.

Preliminary/final land development plans can be found here. The applicant was granted a series of variances in April 2024.
