A Water Mission 5K Run/2.5 Mile Walk has been scheduled for Saturday, August 5 at 8:00am at the Roychester Park Field House, 1819 Harding Avenue in Abington.

To pre-register, you can click here. In-person registration the day of the race opens at 6:30am.

Participants aged 18 and under are free.

The event is sponsored by Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Abington to raise funds for clean water in worldwide communities.

ABOUT THE RACE

Now in our 8th successful year, the Water Mission 5k Run, 2.5k Walk winds its way thru the bucolic streets of Abington PA. This challenging race has been known for its photo finishes, hills that will test your endurance, and family atmosphere. The Water Mission is a nonprofit Christian engineering ministry providing sustainable safe water solutions, to people in developing countries and disasters.
