A couple of weeks ago we reported the Abington Police Department’s request to the community to help identify a peeping tom filming underneath the dressing rooms at the Willow Grove Park Mall. The Abington PD has announced they have apprehended the suspect.

31-year-old Thomas Cugini, of the 200 block of Quigley Ave. Willow Grove, turned himself in to face charges of Unlawful Contact with a Child (a felony), Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Invasion of Privacy, and Harassment. Cugini was identified almost immediately from a tip after the Abington PD’s announcement and after some further investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest. The suspect turned himself in.

CRIMINAL CHARGES, AND ANY DISCUSSION THEREOF, ARE MERELY ALLEGATIONS AND ALL DEFENDANTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY.
