Karl Heideck, 45, a Jenkintown-based attorney, has been charged with fourth-degree cyber harassment, the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday.

Heideck allegedly sent threatening emails to a Sussex County public official in August.

The emails allegedly claimed that ICE agents had raped the official’s daughters and “they LOVED IT.” Heideck also allegedly accused the official of making Sussex County “safe” for pedophiles because “you love THEM, don’t ya, bitch?” and referred to her as “a dumb bitch.”

He also sent a threatening message earlier this year to Rider University in New Jersey which insinuated harm to its president, John R. Loyack. The message also mentioned the assassination of activist Charlie Kirk.

“The pedophile Charlie Kirk got it quick but do you think Loyack will be so lucky,” the email read, according to the complaint obtained by New Jersey 101.5.

The Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office, along with the Newton Police Department, launched an investigation that resulted in Heideck’s arrest on a complaint-warrant. He is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
