The iSEPTA Philly blog reports that May will finally see the new Key Card system online for stations in zones 1 and 2, which include Elkins Park and Melrose Park.
According to the post:
Key cards loaded with Monthly Zone 1 and 2 TrailPasses will be available for purchase at our four (4) Center City SEPTA Sales Offices (Temple, Jefferson, Suburban Station, and 30th Street Station) starting April 20, and can be used for travel beginning Wednesday, May 1. Weekly Zone 1 and 2 TrailPasses for the week beginning Monday, May 6 can be purchased beginning May 1.
Also announced in this post is the schedule for SEPTA’s Key Truck from which SEPTA customers can purchase their key cards. In our area, the truck will appear at Elkins Park, April 22 starting at 5 AM and at Glenside on May 1 starting at 5 AM.
