On Thursday, September 21, the Springfield Township Police Department received a report of possible sexual assault of a juvenile near a SEPTA bus stop on Montgomery Avenue near the Enfield Elementary School in the Erdenhem section of the Township.

The incident is still under investigation. According to their announcement, Springfield School District is increasing staff on their campuses for the time being.
