Man accused of looking into men’s bathroom stalls at Target in Abington identified as a Philadelphia teacher

Naphis White Glover, the 30-year-old man accused of looking through a gap and over the top of a men’s restroom stall while it was occupied at the Target on Old York Road in Abington Township, has been identified as a teacher with the Philadelphia School District, NBC10 reported.

Police previously said incidents involving Glover allegedly took place on December 28, 2025, and January 10, 2026. The January incident involved a juvenile. 

NBC10 said Glover has been reassigned from his position at A. L. Fitzpatrick School, which serves pre-K to 8th grade students. Principal Jennifer Scanlan issued the following statement:

I am writing to inform you that we have been made aware of an alleged incident that took place off school grounds involving one of our employees. The employee has been reassigned pending an investigation. Please be assured that we are working under the guidance of the School District of Philadelphia to monitor the situation closely, as it develops.

Our primary focus at this time is maintaining the safety and well-being of all members of our school community. We are committed to ensuring that our campus remains a secure environment where teaching and learning can continue without disruption.

I understand that news of this nature can be concerning. While I cannot share specific details at this stage of the investigation, I am committed to transparency. Once additional information is available and verified, I will share an update with the school community.

Glover has not yet been arrested, though a hearing is set for May 14. He faces multiple counts of invasion of privacy and harassment. Police encourage anyone who believes they were victimized by Glover to contact their local police department.
