The Lower Moreland Township Police Department announced that an investigation was conducted following an accident involving a school bus and a truck on County Line and Buxmont Roads in Lower Moreland Township at approximately 5:40pm on Thursday, November 14.
According to their report, at least one of the students on the bus suffered minor injuries. The driver of the truck was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.
According to Emergency Alerts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Squad 8, Squad 11, Bucks Rescue 4, Bucks Rescue 2, and Medic 355 were on scene.



“There are no updates on the driver’s condition at this time. County Line Road is closed between Pine Road and Bustleton Avenue while the investigation continues. The road will likely remain closed for several more hours,” the department said last night.
The road was reopened at 7:33am this morning, police said.


The Lower Moreland Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit is or was investigating the incident. If anyone witnessed the collision and has not spoken to police, they are encouraged to call Lower Moreland police at 215-947-3132.
