A plot of land at 365 Cedar Road in the Elkins Park section of Abington Township may soon see the construction of new homes.

The 4.0776-acre, 177,620 sf site across from McKinley Elementary School has been subdivided into seven lots spanning 15,000 – 27,000 sf each. The application notes two residential parking spaces per unit.

Kevin Van Horn of Abington Township’s zoning department told Glenside Local that no permits have been issued yet “as they are still in processing for BCO approval for the first Lot.”

Developer Paul Yanessa of Glenside submitted a land development application to the township. Those plans, obtained through a Right-To-Know request, are below:
