The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Ashley Richman, 37, who is accused of possessing illegal controlled substances.

According to the report, Richman was found passed out in the parking lot of the Sunoco gas station on Philmont Avenue in Huntingdon Valley on April 25.

Richman told police that she believed she had an active warrant for her arrest, which was later confirmed to be out of Bucks County. During the interaction, Richman stated that she had been in the Sunoco parking lot all morning.

Further investigation revealted that she had drugs on her person, at which point she was arrested for the charge below and turned over to Bucks County for their warrant.
