The Lower Moreland Police Department announced the arrest of Kris Sanchez, 35, for assaulting multiple people outside of a Huntingdon Valley restaurant located at Pine Road and Philmont Avenue on June 29 at approximately 01:49am.

According to the report, the incident initially involved multiple adult males who were leaving the restaurant after it closed for the night. An investigation revealed that a security guard, later identified as Sanchez, approached the crowd outside and began throwing punches at the males that were causing the disturbance.

One subject fell to the ground unconscious and transported to the hospital, police said.

Sanchez was arrested and is being charged with the listed offenses:

• (1) COUNT OF 2702 A1 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
• (4) COUNTS OF 2701 A1 SIMPLE ASSAULT – ATTEMPT
• (4) COUNTS OF 2709 A1 HARASSMENT/STRIKE SHOVE KICK ETC.
