Lower Moreland police arrest 2 men for assault, harassment, disorderly conduct

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced the arrests of Artur Rynkevich, 38 (above left), and Maksatbek Tynybekov, 38 (above right), for assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.

According to the report, officers responded to a physical disturbance involving “multiple males fighting” on March 22 at 12:47am at the 2800 block Pine Road in Huntingdon Valley.

Upon arrival, officers found Rynkevich and Tynybekov, both of whom were arrested, police said. 

Rynkevich’s charges are below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 2701 A3 SIMPLE ASSAULT
  • (1) COUNT OF 3503 B1I DEF TRES ACTUAL COMMUNICATION TO
  • (1) COUNT OF 2709 A1 HARASSMENT SUBJECT OTHER TO PHYSICAL CONTACT
  • (1) COUNT OF 5503 A4 DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Tynybekov’s charges are below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 2701 A3 SIMPLE ASSAULT
  • (1) COUNT OF 2709 A1 HARASSMENT SUBJECT OTHER TO PHYSICAL CONTACT
  • (1) COUNT OF 5503 A4 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
  • (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A32 USE / POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
  • (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A16 INTENTIONAL POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE BY PERSON NOT REGISTERED
