J’s GourAmaze Fine Foods and Baked Goods in Elkins Park is offering homemade non-gluten artisan breads.

“It took five years to perfect them. Three years ago I broke the code!” owner Jay Howard said. “I’m one of few bakers that can make non-gluten breads taste great. Light, airy, and delicious, plus they freeze wonderfully.”
