Bruce E. Toll, founder of Toll Brothers real estate company in Fort Washington and owner of BET Investments in Dresher, has appeared for the first time on Forbes’ 2025 list of the world’s billionaires, which was released Tuesday.
Toll has an estimated net worth of $1.9 billion and ranks #1,850.
Topping the list this year is Elon Musk with a $342 billion net worth, followed by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg who is worth $216 billion, then Amazon.com Inc. founder Jeff Bezos at $215 billion.
In greater Glenside, BET Investments is behind the Philmont Flats, a 219-unit apartment building with 3,000 sf of commercial space in Huntingdon Valley, a residential, retail and commercial development on the Prudential tract at 2101 Welsh Road in Dresher.
Toll Brothers owns the former St. Basil Academy in the Jenkintown section of Abington Township, which is to be demolished this month. Douglas C. Yearley Jr., the company’s CEO, was interviewed by The Inquirer in February.
