The above image, taken at the intersection of Old York Road and Greenwood Avenue in Jenkintown, was published in The Philadelphia Evening Bulletin on August 14, 1930.

It shows two traffic lights ordered for removal by the State Highway Department. According to the archive, Jenkintown Borough Officials opposed the order.

The Philadelphia Bulletin was a daily evening newspaper published from 1847 to 1982.
