On Friday, July 13  (6ABC/WPVI) reported from Elkins Park the 102 birthday of Elizabeth Carter.  Carter resides at Crest Health and Rehabilitation Center.

At the birthday celebration Carter enjoyed cake with her friends and caregivers. She credits her long life to prayer and god.
