Cheltenham Township will host a Facilities Study Public Meeting on Thursday, November 16 beginning at 7:30pm.
The ongoing Facilities Study takes account of the Township’s 16 facilities. According to a July 26 presentation, the total cost of the proposed projects ranges from $105 million to $142.2 million.
As it currently stands, the proposal calls for the demolition of Glenside Memorial Hall at 185 S. Keswick Avenue, to be replaced by a new pavilion. The Cheltenham Chamber of Citizens recently created a video about the building’s history, functions, and layout. Watch below:
Thursday’s meeting will be available through Zoom. To join, you can click here. For additional details and perspectives on the study, you can visit Cheltenham Chamber of Citizens’ website.
