On Tuesday, April 5th, the Cheltenham Township Police Department caught three suspects in the act of stealing a catalytic converter from Toyota Yaris at the Melrose Park Train Station. The males were carrying two Sawzall’s and other tools were found from bags they were carrying and from the vehicle. Police also found stolen credit cards in the suspect’s backpacks. Detectives are now working to see if this theft is related to others in the area (including mine).
