Cheltenham Police are investigating a kidnapping involving seven-year-old Gisselle Valentina Torres who was abducted from her home in Elkins Park by her non-custodial biological father, Juan Pablo Torres.

Torres was accompanied by two unknown males who were armed at the time of the abduction. Anyone with information is encouraged to immediately call 9-1-1 or Cheltenham Township Police Detectives at 215-885-1600 ext 499.

Torres should be considered armed and dangerous.
