Developer Paul Yanessa of Glenside recently submitted a land development application, which was obtained by Glenside Local through a Right-to-Know request last week. According to the application, the 4.0776-acre, 177,620 sf site across from McKinley Elementary School has been subdivided into seven lots spanning 15,000 – 27,000 sf each. The application notes two residential parking spaces per unit.
According to the Zillow.com listing, a model home at 571 Lincoln Lane is expected to be completed and delivered by April 1, 2027, and the remaining six homes may be purchased prior to construction.

Kevin Van Horn of Abington Township’s zoning department told Glenside Local last week that no permits have been issued yet “as they are still in processing for BCO approval for the first Lot.”
