The Lower Moreland Township Police Department announced the arrest of Douglas Gratz, 39, for burglary.
According to the report, officers responded to a security alarm on Thursday, July 9 and found the rear door of a residence unlocked.
After further investigation, officers determined that Gratz had broken into the property. He was later taken into custody on the following charges:

- (1) COUNT OF 3503 A1I CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: ENTER STRUCTURE
- (1) COUNT OF 3733 A FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE OFFICER
- (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A16 INT POSS CONTR SUBST BY PER NOT REG
- (1) COUNT OF 2709 A6 HARASSMENT- COMM REPEATEDLY AND INCONVENIENT HOURS
- (1) COUNT OF 5506 LOITERING AND PROWLING AT NIGHT TIME
- (1) COUNT OF 3503 B1I DEF TRES ACTUAL COMMUNICATION TO
