The Lower Moreland Police Department announced the arrests of Joshua Jones, 25, and Myles Pryor Jr., 35, for drug possession and other charges.
According to the report, Jones was stopped by officers on May 4 at the 1200 block of Byberry Road in Huntingdon Valley. An investigation revealed that he was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and operating the vehicle without an ignition interlock device, which was required by his ignition interlock license.
An Ignition Interlock Limited License (IILL) is for those whose driving privileges are suspended or revoked due to DUI violations or refusing chemical tests, according to PA.gov.
Jones was taken into custody, police said. His charges are below:
- (1) COUNT OF 3808 A1 ILL OPERATE VEHICLE W/OUT IGNITION INTERLOCK
- (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A31I POESSION OF SMALL AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA
- (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A32 USE / POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Pryor Jr. was stopped on May 1 at the 1400 block of County Line Road. An investigation revealed that he had drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Pryor was arrested, police said. His charges are below:
- (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A16 INTENTIONAL POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE BY PERSON NOT REGISTERED
- (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A32 USE / POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
