Four high schools in greater Glenside ranked top 100 in the state by U.S. News & World Report

Four high schools in greater Glenside were ranked among Pennsylvania’s top 100, according to a U.S. News & World Report 2025-26 list of the top high schools in the country. 

Schools were rated based on six criteria: college readiness, college curriculum breadth, state assessment proficiency, student assessment performance, underserved student performance and graduation rate.

Lower Moreland High School made the top 30 list at #27 in Pennsylvania, #908 in the U.S. The school was ranked #23 for 2023-2024.

Jenkintown High School was ranked #40 in the state and #1,393 in the country, Springfield Township High School at #48 and #1,551, and Abington High School at #87 and #2,220.

Cheltenham Township High School was ranked #203 and #5,010 in the country, and Upper Moreland High School at #273 and #6,677.
