Willow Grove woman arrested in Bucks County for committing retail theft twice in the same day

The Warrington Township Police Department announced today the arrest of Naira Amirah West, 21, of Willow Grove (Upper Moreland Township) for committing two acts of retail theft in the same day.

On Wednesday, October 8 at approximately 4:50pm, Warrington police were already on scene at the Wine and Spirits at 306 Easton Road when they saw West acting suspiciously while exiting the store.

According to the report, she crossed Easton Road when the store manager approached officers to report that West had stolen merchandise. Officers saw West run through the Creekview Shopping Center before she was located and placed under arrest.

A search of West’s bag revealed a 750ml bottle of Espolon Tequila Reposado valued at $33.99 and a citation from Horsham police issued at 2:00pm the same day for a retail theft involving a bottle of tequila.

West was transported to the police station where she was processed and released.
