Ribbon-cutting for Twining Valley Park’s new pickleball courts to be held on Oct. 26

Upper Dublin Township will host a ribbon cutting for Twining Valley Park’s new pickleball courts on Monday, October 26 at 10:00am.

The courts opened for use in June.

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources funded 50% of the project’s cost through the C2P2 grant program. Last week, the township announced that the grant includes $35,000 to develop a master plan for the upper plateau of the former golf course.

“Use the walking path under Twining Road to safely reach the courts. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear for the event,” the township said in a memo.
