Upper Moreland police release details of 4 recent arrests

The Upper Moreland Police Department has released details from the following recent arrests:

Alex Ogburn

Ogburn, 19, of Philadelphia was arrested for Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possession Instruments of a Crime and Disorderly Conduct on Sunday, April 21 at 11:14am.

He is accused of engaging in a physical altercation and attempting to use a pocket-knife to injure another person during an incident at 3925 Welsh Road Willow Grove.

Derrick Roberson

Roberson, 52, of Philadelphia was arrested for False ID To Law Enforcement Officer on Monday, April 15, at 12:06pm.

Roberson is accused of giving false identifying information to police during an investigation at Easton and Moreland roads in Willow Grove.

Raymond Rigous

Rigous, 34, of Hatboro was arrested for Possession of Controlled or Counterfeit Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Monday, April 15 at 6:07pm.

Alberta Ingram

Ingram, 33, of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft, Possession of Marijuana, False ID To Law Enforcement Officer and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on March 6, at 3:41pm.

Ingram is accused of stealing $369 worth of grocery and jewelry items and giving false identifying information to police upon her arrest. She was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during an incident at 2101 Blair Mill Road in Willow Grove.
