The Ardsley Music and Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, September 6 at the North Penn VFW Post 676 in Glenside.

Glenside Fire Company – Stop, Drop & Run 5K

The Glenside Fire Company – Stop, Drop & Run 5K will take place on Sunday, October 12 beginning at 210 W. Glenside Avenue.

From the description:

Both the 5K run and our 1.5 mile “fun” run/walk will start and finish at the Glenside Fire Company Firehouse at 210 W. Glenside Avenue in Glenside. This is conveniently located across the street from the Glenside Train Station for anyone using public transportation. The run will take two loops through the scenic streets of Glenside. A few rolling hills throughout the course will provide just enough of a challenge to satisfy any level of runner. The 1.5 mile run/walk will be untimed, but will follow the same course, completing just one loop.

Jenkintown Halloween Block Party

The Jenkintown Recreational Board will host a family-friendly Halloween Block Party on Sunday, October 26 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm along Johnson Street between West and Cherry Streets.
