The Cheltenham Township Police Department is hosting a Citizens Police Academy this fall.

In related news, Alessandro Reale, a resident of Glenside and a 2007 graduate of Abington Senior High School, has nearly finished “Freddy’s Fire Safety Guide”.

The book is being supported by the Edge Hill Fire Company (North Hills), and a portion of profits will be donated to the firehouse, Reale told Glenside Local.
