Montgomery County has listed a lot at 1625 Park Avenue in the Willow Grove section of Abington Township for an online auction on Friday, September 19 at 1:45pm, according to Govdeals.com.

The lot, also referred to as Parcel #30-00-51416-00-7, is valued at $77,525.38.

You must register to bid in order to participate in the auction.

A listing on Crexi.com says that the lot is being sold as a tax foreclosure. The listing includes a property on Flourtown Avenue in the Wyndmoor section of Springfield Township.
