6ABC and FOX29 reported this afternoon that the human remains found in the I-95 tanker truck’s wreckage were removed from the cab of the tractor-trailer this morning and have been tentatively identified by family members and separate sources as Nathaniel Moody.
According to their reports, Moody worked for a trucking company from Pennsauken, New Jersey, and had “been doing the job for quite some time and was an experienced driver.”
Moody’s family described him as a husband and father.

“From what we understand the tractor trailer was trying to navigate the curve. (He) lost control of the vehicle, landed on its side and ruptured the tank and ignited the fire,” Michael Carroll, the secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, told 6ABC.
