The Abington Township Police Department announced that a SEPTA contractor is scheduled to perform milling and paving operations on Thursday, December 11 from 7:00pm to 12:00am at the Ardsley Station grade crossing on Jenkintown Road near Edge Hill Road in Abington Township.

Police said the goal of the work is to achieve proper grade alignment with the adjacent crossing, and that double lane closures will be in effect in each direction, one at a time.

Service on the Warminster line will not be impacted, police said.
