Springfield Township Police are investigating an attempted child luring incident in Wyndmoor this week. The Police said the incident happened on Sunday morning at around 7:30 a.m. near Carlisle Road and Patton Road.

The suspect is believed to be 30 to 40-year-old Hispanic man with a short goatee driving a black crossover-type SUV with a spare tire on the back.The man called to the girl as she ran and attempted to lure her into the car.  The man followed the girl, aged 15, for about a quarter mile as she ran home, according to police.
