The Lower Moreland Police Department announced that a peacock is currently loose and was last seen in the area of Frederick and Robert roads in Huntingdon Valley.

According to the report, responding officers were unable to capture the peacock. Police consulted with wildlife experts who said that the peacock may roam the area before returning to its home.

“Should any resident see the Peacock, please do not attempt to capture as it can/may become aggressive during this time of the year,” police said. “LMPD is aware of the loose Peacock and will be monitoring the situation.”
