State Representative Napoleon Nelson, who serves Cheltenham, Jenkintown and Springfield, announced that the 2024 cycle of the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program opens on Thursday, January 16.

The program allows residents to apply for rebates on property taxes and rent paid in 2024. The income limit has been increased to $46,520, and the maximum rebate is still $1,000, Rep. Nelson said.
