Your Way Home will launch a free, new 24 hour hotline 2-1-1, effective March 1, 2018. Your Way Home has been Montgomery County’s unified and coordinated housing and crisis response system, since 2014 . They are a resource center that assists families and individuals, experiencing homelessness or at-risk homelessness. The new 2-1-1 hotline, allows immediate support and up to date data of which providers have availability. Previously, those in need, would have to contact each shelter and request support on their own.
