Glenside’s Onesie Bar Crawl returns for a sixth year on Dec. 5

The sixth annual Glenside Onesie Bar Crawl kicks off on Saturday, December 5 at 2:00pm.

Last year’s itinerary included Roosters, Bill’s Best Brewery, Roberts Block, The Ways, Glenside Pub, and an unofficial ending at The Cork. This year’s ending will be hosted by The Ways, with The Dead Pockets, a band which hails Northeast Philly and Elkins Park, playing a mix of original music and covers from 7:00pm – 10:00pm.

Organizers said the rest of the route is still being finalized.

“We want to change things up each year,” organizers told Glenside Local. “It’ll be a suggested route with suggested times. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure type of situation.”

The crawl’s organizers, who asked to be identified as Jazz Rabbit and Electric Pineapple for professional purposes, said the 2025 edition was the first that organizers opened up the day beyond their friend groups. Roughly 70-80 onesies were in attendance.

“We had no idea what to expect last year, but it turned out wonderfully. Everyone was so positive, friendly, and well behaved, and we had so many new great people join in,” organizers said. “Most importantly, everyone wore their onesies, which is our only requirement.”

Organizers said the tradition started as a way to get to know people, have fun, and support Glenside’s local business scene.

“That is and will always be the intention,” organizers said.
