The National Weather Service announced that a Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for Montgomery County until 9:00pm tonight.

According to their announcement, tornadoes, hail, and wind gusts of up to 65 mph are possible.

Accuweather’s forecast for Glenside calls for “Mostly cloudy and humid with a couple of showers and thunderstorms, heaviest late in the day; storms can bring flooding, damaging winds and even a tornado”.
