Joe Medeiros, a former Glenside resident, recently shared photos from the 1982 Glenside 4th of July Parade. Recognize anyone?

Medeiros is a former head writer for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and lived in Glenside from 1979 -1992. You can read more about Medeiros’ time in Glenside here.

Glenside Video Lab, a Youtube channel created by Abington High School graduate Nick D’Aniello, includes footage from the Glenside 4th of July Parade in 1991 and storm damage on Roberts Avenue from a tornado that August.

The channel also includes footage from Abington High’s senior prom (2003), Springfield Township High School’s graduation ceremony (1988), and Cheltenham High School’s graduation ceremony (1995), among other gems.
