Joshua Alan Kessler, 22, of Ivyland (Bucks County), was sentenced to three to six years in prison after allegedly having indecent contact with three underage girls in Rockledge Borough and Philadelphia, The Reporter said.
He was involved in multiple incidents between 2017 and 2021 during which he was alone with each of the victims. He also knew their families, according to reports.
Kessler pleaded guilty to felony charges of aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13 and indecent assault of a person less than 13. He faces a lifetime requirement to report his address to state police in order to comply with the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Registration and Notification Act, previously known as Megan’s Law.
An investigation began in February 2022 when three juvenile females told Rockledge detectives that Kessler had assaulted them through “indecent touching and other sexual contact.” Kessler was between the ages of 17 and 20 at the time, The Reporter said.
