The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Felix Shapiro, 55, who admitted to assaulting his wife on Monday, December 15.

According to the report, officers responded to a domestic incident in a neighborhood along Papermill Road and Byberry Road in Huntingdon Valley. The victim reported that her husband, Felix Shapiro, was intoxicated and being disruptive in their home.

The victim reported that the couple had gotten into an argument earlier that day, which had turned physical. Proof of injuries were provided to police. 

While speaking with Felix Shapiro, he made arm gestures to indicate how he assaulted the victim, police said. He was taken into custody and verbally admitted to the assault.
