Kresha Kreations, a new custom bakery at 201 Leedom Street in Jenkintown, officially opened for business on Saturday, July 13.

The shop sells custom-made cakes, pies, and other baked goods for weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate and school events.

Owner Lakresha Jolly, a Jenkintown resident, said the shop passed the last inspection on Tuesday, July 9.

“We baked Thursday and Friday and opened the doors on Saturday to see how it would go. We got a few customers,” she said.

Jolly first launched her business in 2020 and has owned and operated a commissary kitchen in Abington Township, a kiosk at the Willow Grove Park Mall, as well as a food truck.
