The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of George Musoyan, 44, for violating a Protection From Abuse (PFA).
According to the report, a female victim from Huntingdon Valley reported a PFA violation on Wednesday, July 2, which alleged that Musoyan violated the order by contacting her through personal emails and phone calls.
The victim provided evidence of the violation, including still images of emails, missed phone calls, and voicemails from an “Unknown Caller,” which she identified as Musoyan’s voice. Musoyan was previously verbally warned from a Lower Moreland police officer on June 23, police said.
“The PFA order specifically stated that the parties would work in a joint business at separate times and locations, with communication limited to work emails and phones,” the report said. “Musoyan’s actions, including sending personal emails and making unauthorized phone calls, violated this order.”
Musoyan was arrested on the following charge:
- (1) COUNT OF 6114 A CONTEMPT FOR VIOLATION OF ORDER OF AGREEMENT
