Jenkintown welcomes medical marijuana industry to its tax roles

Jenkintown Borough recently announced the opening of Terra Vida Holistic Centers’ corporate offices at its new location at 500 York Road. According to the announcement in its new “Community Spotlight“, the Borough trumpets the addition of over 38 employees to the workforce (and tax roles).

Terra Vida describes itself as a “a woman owned business with a diverse team of professionals committed to providing the highest quality patient care. TerraVida is a diverse business steeped in the values of inclusion, heterogeneity and the belief that combining the skills of a multi-cultural team provides for the most comprehensive pool of talent imaginable.”

From the rather opaque description of their services, Terra Vida dispenses marijuana derivatives on premises for use in the treatment of a variety of physical and psychological disorders.

TerraVida Holistic Centers is Pennsylvania’s largest medical marijuana dispensary operation with locations in Abington, Sellersville and Malvern. The do not dispense in Jenkintown.

They have expanded their workforce due to rapid growth while staying committed to serving the many needs of Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana patients and community.

This move will allow TerraVida to broaden the selection of services offered, specifically with an Education Center that will host numerous patient-focused activities and events.

TerraVida is always looking for qualified talent to join their growing team. Resumes and cover letters may be sent to jobs@terravidahc.com
