Violation of Bail:  08/05/19, at 1PM:  Marcus Bazemore, 39 of 800 block of Greenwood Avenue Jenkintown was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility as a result a violation of conditions of bail by order of District Court 38-1-02.  

Warrant Arrest:  08-08-19, at 7:11PM:  Joseph Kergides, 53 of 100 block of Ryers Ave, Cheltenham was taken into custody as a result of an outstanding warrant from family court.  Kergides was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility by Mont. Co. Sheriffs Dept.  

Fraud:  08/09/19 at 11:46PM:  A resident in the 300 block of Cottman Street reported receiving a phone call from PECO advising her that the power in her business will be cut off due to funds owed.  The caller advised resident to send funds immediately.  Resident hung up and reported incident to PECO and Police.  Resident was advised that this is a scam and not to send funds.
