Effective Monday March 12, there will be major changes to the March Septa Train schedule for those in our area. These modifications that will begin next week, are due to the rail and tie replacement construction that will last through July of 2018.
First, during weekdays only, if you are traveling from Jenkintown/Wyncote, Glenside, Orealnd or North Hills and heading towards Doylestown, midday shuttle buses will be replacing trains between the Lansdale and Doylestown stations. The travelers will depart at the Lansdale station and hop on a shuttle towards the stations listed below.
Second, there are also select trains that will be departing at different times, so please check the new schedule link below.
Buses will replace the trains at the following stops.
- Lansdale
- 9th Street
- Fortuna
- Colmar Link Belt
- Chalfont
- New Britain
- Delaware Valley University
- Doylestown stations
Please note that the changes are on weekdays only and the shuttles will only be utilzed in between Lansdale and Doylestown. Please check schedule on the following links for departure changes.
