Huntingdon Valley Fire Company shares details, photos of afternoon accident on Byberry Road

The Huntingdon Valley Fire Company has shared details and photos from this afternoon’s accident which temporarily shut down the perimeter of Huntingdon Pike and Byberry Road in Huntingdon Valley.

According to their post, first responders found a panel truck and a small SUV on its side.

Crews rescued the driver by cutting out the moon roof, the company said. The driver was treated and transported to a nearby hospital by Medic 355.

Units on scene included Squad 8, Engine 8, Squad 11 and Fire Police 8 and 11, the company said.
