The Hiway Theater in Jenkintown is looking for donations to round out 2024.

According to their post, funds raised will be put towards facade repairs to prevent further water damage.

We need your help raising $66,400 by December 31st! We had an amazing 2024 thanks to your support. For 111 years, The Hiway Theater has been a community treasure. Ticket sales let us screen the hits, but it’s your generous memberships and donations that bring us bring more adventurous programs and special events like our $5 Family Matinee Series, Classic Screenings, Terrorthon and Sci-Phi Fest! Your generous donations also help us maintain our historic building and support our staff.

This year your donation is especially important, our historic facade needs to make critical repairs to the masonry and stone to prevent further water damage. Help us keep the lights on in this historic theater and ensure that we can continue to entertain and inspire generations of future Jenkintownians.
