Update: Abington police announced that Mr. Devern has been found and is safe.

The Abington Township Police Department announced today that Joe Devern, 51, is missing from the 800 block of Washington Lane.

According to their announcement, Devern suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s and left his home on foot within the hour.
